Breakthrough Community Sports, Inc is pleased to host our 3rd open regional pickleball tournament in the DC Metropolitan area. We expect to attract over 300 participants plus their friends and family members and the public. As the fastest growing racket sport in the USA, pickleball is very popular not only among baby boomers but among people of all ages. Last year we welcomed players from 15+states. This year we expect players to join us from Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and beyond. The increasing growth and popularity of the sport creates a unique opportunity to showcase your company and support a demographic who are gracefully aging, living active lives, and outspend the average consumer in every category.

Overview of 2017 MAOPT Sponsorship Opportunities
As a tournament sponsor, your company’s name, products, and/or services will be associated with the nation’s fastest growing racket sport with a high participation rate among Baby Boomers.
$5,000 Presenting Sponsor (only one available): Your company name will appear as “2016 Mid-Atlantic Open Pickleball Tournament Presented by (insert your logo/name)” on event materials, press releases, social media, communication to participants, and on a branded special item in the participant welcome bag, plus all the Gold sponsor benefits below.

In-Kind Ways to Support the MAOPT
- Ball Sponsor: Provide tournament pickleballs
- T-shirt Sponsor: Provide t-shirts for participants and volunteers
- Refreshments Sponsor: Provide healthy refreshments for participants (e.g., bananas, apples, oranges, bagels, energy bars)
- Medals Sponsor: Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for all the events
- Raffle prizes: Donate products from your company
In-kind contributors receive the benefits of the sponsor level associated with amount of donation. Names will be announced over the PA throughout the event, listed on the website, and shared on social media.

After we receive a signed copy of your Sponsorship Contract, we will discuss your payment options and/or your in-kind contributions.
